Designation: Team Leader US Inbound Sales

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 4 Years in International BPO / US Sales Process as a Team Lead (On Paper)

Salary Range: 6 - 7.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team handling US Inbound Sales / Customer Service / Transfer Campaign.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
- Drive team motivation, engagement, and target achievement.
- Coordinate with operations and management for process improvements.

Required Skills:




- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong experience in International BPO / US Inbound Sales process.
- Ability to manage sales targets and team productivity.
- Good knowledge of call monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader(On Paper) in International BPO.
- Experience in US Sales / Transfer Campaign will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
