In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview The Commercial Sales Presentation team partners closely with the Global Commercial Banking organization to support business origination and client coverage efforts. The team delivers highly curated and insightful research on companies, industries, and macroeconomic themes.
This includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis to help bankers prepare compelling pitch materials for client and prospect meetings.
Typical deliverables include
Comprehensive industry profiles
Public peer benchmarking and comparative analysis
Public company financial analysis
Customized solutions and newsletters tailored to specific segments/industry verticals
Bespoke thematic or situational research on trending topics
These insights are synthesized into high‑quality pitchbooks that enable bankers to drive meaningful conversations and support strategic decision‑making.
The Associate is responsible for conducting in‑depth company, industry, and financial research and translating findings into clear, insightful, and visually strong presentation materials. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to identify the most relevant data points and metrics for each industry or client scenario.
The ideal candidate should able to handle complex, strategic research requests—including deeper financial analysis, peer benchmarking, buy‑side/sell‑side perspectives, and specialized analytical assessments. T
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality pitchbooks and analytical outputs within tight timelines and banker‑driven deadlines. Execute time‑sensitive and ad‑hoc research assignments as business needs arise. Conduct sophisticated company, industry, and financial analysis to support banker requirements. Synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise, and insight‑driven presentations. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams across commercial banking.
Requirements :
Education : MBA Finance / Commerce Graduate (preferably)
Certifications (if any) : NA
Experience : 3 - 5 years
Foundational Skills :
- Excellent written communication skills
- High-level reading comprehension skills
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and industry indicators/ratios
- Understanding and reproducing economic/financial information
Desired Skills :
- Knowledge of Economics and its real world application
- Analytical frame of mind
