Office Location: Goregaon East Role: Team Lead – Recruitment & Client Management Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team handling white-collar and technical recruitment. Handle end-to-end hiring for EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Power & Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and ensure timely closures.
Handle positions such as Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Contracts, Project Managers, etc. Monitor team performance, recruitment TAT, submissions, interviews, and closures. Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Train and guide recruiters to achieve team targets Requirements: 3–5 years of recruitment experience with atleast 1 years of team-handling experience .
