Team Lead HR Operations | Male Candidate Only

We are hiring a Team Lead HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations for 5,000+ employees across multiple locations.

Location: NSEZ, Noida

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Qualification: MBA Mandatory

Work Model: 5 Days WFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, transfers & exits
- Handle attendance, biometric systems & leave management
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Labour Laws)
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives and engagement activities
- Prepare HR MIS, reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with internal teams and payroll vendors

Eligibility:

Candidates must have relevant HR Operations experience in BPO/IT/ITES, strong communication skills, Excel/HRMS knowledge, and a secure career history. Candidates should currently reside in Noida.
