Role Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong backend engineering depth and hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks. This role focuses on building and enhancing applications that support healthcare operations including understanding and extending an existing production application. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from requirement discussion through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into clean, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Analyze and enhance existing applications read legacy code, trace data flows, and extend functionality without disrupting live operations.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs, including third-party and vendor integrations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance at scale.
- Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure (VM and App Service).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Operations, Quality, and Business stakeholders across the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain version control discipline, and document technical decisions.
- Follow data privacy and security practices appropriate to protected health information (PHI/HIPAA).

Required Skills Backend: Must Have ASP.NET, C#, Node.js. Good to Have Python, Django REST Framework, RPA (Selenium / Playwright).

Database:



Must Have – Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, PostgreSQL. Valuable to Have – Query performance tuning.

Frontend: Must Have – React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Good to Have – Vue.js, Rust (Web Assembly).

Cloud: Must Have – Microsoft Azure (VM, App Service). Good to Have – Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

API: Must Have – RESTful APIs, JSON, third-party integrations. Good to Have – OAuth 2.0 / token-based auth.

Tools: Must Have – Visual Studio, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio. Good to Have – Postman.

Version Control: Must Have – Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Docker. Positive to Have – Not specified.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5 to 7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on an existing codebase with limited documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

Preferred (Added Advantage)

- Experience in the US healthcare sector EHR/EMR, Practice Management Systems, Revenue Cycle Management, claims, or eligibility workflows.
- Exposure to healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12).
- Awareness of HIPAA compliance requirements in application design
