Role Description The Team Lead role at Bellway Realtech is an on-site position based in Noida. This role involves overseeing a team of real estate professionals, guiding daily activities such as client consultations, property tours, and follow-ups to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The Team

Lead coordinates sales and leasing efforts, monitors team performance, and supports members in achieving individual and collective targets.

Responsibilities include mentoring team members, resolving client issues, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with management on strategy and reporting.



The role also includes maintaining robust relationships with clients and partners, staying updated on local market trends, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising teams, with strong people management, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Background in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting in residential, commercial, or related segments, preferably within Delhi NCR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and team members and handle negotiations effectively.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or lead management systems to track activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market data, property trends, and team performance, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- High level of integrity, customer focus, and professionalism, with a commitment to equal opportunity and inclusive team practices.
- Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred.
