Role Description This is a full-time, remote Tamil Telecaller role focused on supporting AdverAim’s Patient-Rush and AI-powered growth systems. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls in Tamil to connect with prospective patients and leads, explain services clearly, and encourage appointment bookings. Daily responsibilities include following structured calling scripts, answering questions, updating lead and appointment details in CRM tools, and coordinating follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.





The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data capture, maintain high conversion and show-up rates, and provide a qualified and empathetic experience to every caller. The Telecaller is expected to maintain consistent productivity, meet calling and conversion targets, and adhere to privacy, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Tamil speaking skills with clear, polite, and confident telephone communication; basic proficiency in English or Hindi is an advantage.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles, preferably handling outbound calls and appointment bookings.
- Comfort using CRM systems, call tracking tools, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications for data entry and follow-up management.
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting communication to caller needs; active listening, objection handling, and rapport-building skills.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work full-time with stable internet connectivity, a quiet workspace, and suitable headset and computer setup.
- Prior experience with healthcare, clinics, or service-based businesses is a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th grade) or equivalent; diploma or degree is an added advantage.
