Over the next 6 months, we plan to double our team across engineers, creators, and emerging tech roles. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by posting jobs and waiting.

It needs someone who can think clearly, move quickly, and build hiring as a system.

What You Will Own

You will manage end-to-end hiring across three core talent areas:

Technology and Emerging Tech

- Software engineering, frontend, backend and full-stack development.
- AI/ML, data science, DevOps, cloud and cybersecurity.
- AR/VR, Unity/Unreal, IoT, robotics and product roles.

Creative and Studio Production

- Creative and Video Directors.
- Producers, cinematographers and studio operators.
- Video editors, motion designers and 2D/3D animators.
- Graphic designers, scriptwriters and storyboard artists.
- Audio engineers, sound designers and other production professionals.

Academic and Content Talent

- Professors and subject-matter experts.
- Instructional designers, course authors and trainers.
- Presenters, voice artists and multilingual content professionals.
- Assessment, curriculum and question-bank experts.

Technology and creative hiring will carry equal importance in this role. You should be comfortable sourcing engineers through skilled networks as well as discovering creators through portfolios, showreels, production credits, communities and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirements directly from founders and functional leaders.
- Personally source active and passive candidates across technology,



creative and academic roles.
- Use direct outreach, referrals, professional communities, portfolio platforms, institutes and specialist networks.
- Conduct structured preliminary interviews and assess candidates beyond résumés and keywords.
- Coordinate technical tests, portfolio reviews, auditions, teaching demonstrations and role-specific assessments.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer closure and joining.
- Build reusable talent pools for engineers, creators, studio professionals, SMEs and presenters.
- Track shortlist quality, hiring turnaround time, offer acceptance and early retention.

What We Are Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing capability across both technology and creative or media roles.
- Exposure to startups, EdTech, media-tech, gaming, animation, digital content, production or similar environments.
- Proven ability to identify candidates outside conventional job portals.
- Understanding of portfolios, showreels and creative-production profiles.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder-management and offer-closing skills.
- Ability to work with urgency without compromising candidate quality.
- High ownership and comfort building recruitment systems from scratch.

A formal HR qualification is useful, but sourcing ability, judgement and evidence of successful closures will matter more.

This Role Is Not for Someone Who Only

- Posts jobs and waits for applications.
- Depends entirely on LinkedIn, job portals or agencies.
- Coordinates interviews without owning candidate quality.
- Has experience only in payroll, attendance or routine HR operations.
