Tally Executive / Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

MTC Build Mart is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate with good knowledge of Tally to manage day-to-day accounting and billing-related work.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day entries and transactions in Tally
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts and payment records
- Maintain purchase and sales entries
- Manage basic accounts and ledger entries
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal staff regarding billing and payments
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required





Requirements
- Positive working knowledge of Tally
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of GST and invoicing will be an added advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Working Hours Monday to Saturday: 9:45 AM – 7:30 PM Sunday: Weekly Off
