What You’ll Do

- Assist in hiring for entry-level and fresher roles across multiple functions
- Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and assess fitment
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal panels
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support offer release, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Act as a bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s/Master’s student or graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, self-driven, and eager to learn startup hiring
- Comfortable speaking with students, freshers, and working professionals
- Prior internship exposure in Talent Acquisition/HR/EdTech is a plus (not mandatory)

This Talent Acquisition Internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, hiring, and building high-performing teams. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain real-world exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, and talent engagement. Selected candidates will receive structured training, personalized mentorship, and hands-on experience working on live hiring projects.

The role does not include a fixed stipend.

Compensation is performance-based and tied to successful recruitment outcomes and hiring milestones.
