Salary Budget: 40,000 - 50,000/- per month

Experience:

5–9 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.

Real Estate/Construction/Developer/Staffing Recruitment experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

.Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions.

.Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.

.Allocate requisitions and monitor recruitment progress.

.Build talent pipelines for critical positions.

.Improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.

.Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and updates.

.Manage recruitment consultants and ensure vendor SLA compliance.

.Drive employer branding initiatives, referrals, and campus hiring.

.Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.

.Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
