We are looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition skilled with strong expertise in volume hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales hiring along with exposure to creative roles such as Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, social media/Creative professionals, etc.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requirements simultaneously and driving hiring from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Sales and Creative requirements.
- Manage multiple open positions and deliver hiring within defined TATs.
- Drive bulk/volume hiring through various sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, databases, walk-ins and networking.
- Handle Sales hiring across tele sales, inside sales, business development and related profiles.
- Manage hiring for Creative roles, understanding role-specific skill sets and evaluating candidates accordingly.
- Conduct effective screening, interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure quality closures.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure continuous sourcing for critical/high-volume requirements.




- Coordinate interview processes, offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, conversion ratios, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratio.
- Participate in and drive walk-in drives and recruitment initiatives.
- Identify hiring challenges and proactively suggest solutions to improve speed, quality and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure data/reporting hygiene.

What Were Looking For :
- 1- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in volume/bulk hiring, especially for Sales profiles. Should have experience in tele sales hiring.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnels.
- Ability to work with aggressive targets and tight timelines.
- Smart, proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong ownership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
