About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Talent Acquisition Lead / Specialist with strong exposure to the HFT, Quantitative Trading, Capital Markets, or Financial Technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for highly specialised technical and quantitative positions and will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for HFT, Quant, Trading and Technology roles.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract niche talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, job portals and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring requirements.
- Handle hiring for roles such as:
- Quantitative Researchers
- Quantitative Developers
- Quant Strategists
- Traders
- C++ Developers
- Python Developers
- FPGA Developers
- Low-Latency Developers
- Software Engineers
- Data Scientists / ML Engineers
- DevOps / Infrastructure professionals

- Screen candidates and assess them based on technical experience, role fit and organisational requirements.
- Coordinate technical and leadership interview rounds and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate closures and joining processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and build a robust talent network within the HFT ecosystem.
- Track recruitment metrics including pipeline, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, offer acceptance and time-to-hire.
- Stay updated on HFT hiring trends,



compensation benchmarks and availability of niche talent in the market.
- Represent the organisation professionally while engaging with candidates and industry professionals.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within HFT, Quantitative Trading, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, FinTech or similar domains.
- Strong understanding of the HFT / Quantitative Trading talent landscape.
- Proven experience hiring niche technical and quantitative profiles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and an established candidate network.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive hiring environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple critical positions simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with HFT firms, proprietary trading firms, quant firms, fintech companies, investment banks or specialised technical recruitment firms will be preferred.
- Experience in hiring for C++, Python, FPGA, Quant Research, Quant Development and Trading roles will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of niche technology talent markets and compensation expectations.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
