Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role based in West Delhi. The TA associate will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews across various roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, updating candidate databases, and assisting in communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.

The person will also help with employer branding activities, such as promoting openings on relevant platforms and supporting campus or training-related recruitment events. The role involves close collaboration with team members and clients,



offering hands-on experience in talent acquisition and client interaction.

CTC budget -2 to 4lpa

All Remote, 4.5days working.

Work timings -9.30am to 5.30pm(Monday to Thursday)

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with an interest in learning end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including basic understanding of candidate assessment and selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to support initiatives that attract and engage potential talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and schedules.
- Comfort with using MS Office tools and online recruitment platforms; familiarity with social media for professional networking is an advantage.
- Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or consulting; pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in office in West Delhi as an immediate joiner.
