Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, professional networks, social media, and other relevant channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, technical skills, competencies, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and interview panels.

- Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

- Track candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Work closely with HODs, hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements.

- Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, interview status, offers, and joining commitments.

- Advise stakeholders on market availability, sourcing challenges, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines.

- Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.

- Identify passive candidates and build relationships with potential future hires.

- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate trackers.

- Prepare periodic recruitment reports.

- Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide insights to management.

- Coordinate with agricultural universities, colleges, institutes, and professional networks for campus and entry-level hiring.

- Support campus drives, internship hiring,



trainee recruitment, and other early-career talent initiatives.

- Build relationships with institutions relevant to the agriculture and seed industry.

- Support initiatives to strengthen the organization's employer brand.

- Promote career opportunities through appropriate digital and professional platforms.

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and talent communities.

- Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in line with company policies and approved manpower plans.

Note: Preferably looking for candidates with prior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in the seed industry or related agriculture/agri-input industry.

- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/HRMS platforms.

- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment timelines.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
