- Responsibilities :
- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to design and implement T24 solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of T24 modules such as Accounting &
- Reporting Collaterals and Limits.
- Provide expert guidance on T24 AA Retail Deposits Accounts and Lending to optimize customer experience and streamline processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for T24 systems to support ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of T24 solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability in Cards &
- Payments operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure alignment of T24 solutions with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of T24 systems.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data integrity and security within T24 applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing insights on T24 capabilities and trends.
- Support the development of business cases for current projects and enhancements to T24 systems. -Qualifications
