SRIT India Limited is looking to hire a System Administrator & Desktop Support Engineer through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking a passionate, proactive, and technically sound professional with hands-on experience in Windows, Linux, networking, hardware support, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Windows & Linux Administration

- Manage and troubleshoot Windows desktop and server environments.
- Perform basic to intermediate Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Support system configuration, maintenance, and updates.

2. Networking & Infrastructure Support

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other basic networking issues.
- Support servers, storage devices, and IT infrastructure.

3. Hardware & Software Support

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and related hardware.
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues.




- Support IT applications and resolve technical incidents.

4. Microsoft 365 & Mail Support

- Provide support for Microsoft 365 (O365) services.
- Assist with email-related issues and user account support.
- Troubleshoot common Microsoft 365 and mail-related problems.

5. IT Operations & Security Support

- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related documentation.
- Provide data centre and infrastructure support.
- Assist with infrastructure security activities and incident management.
- Ensure timely resolution of end-user IT issues.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years in System Administration, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience in Windows, Linux, and Networking is mandatory.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
