Job Summary An experienced L2 Support Engineer ATMS to provide technical support, troubleshooting, implementation assistance, and maintenance for Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) projects. The candidate should have strong networking knowledge, hands-on experience in ATMS project implementation, and a good understanding of applicable ATMS circulars, standards, and operational requirements.

Role & responsibilities The candidate shall be well versed with:

- Experience in ATMS / ITS / Smart City / Traffic Management projects.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile Position: L2 Support Engineer ATMS

Experience: 3–7 Years

Location: Pune

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
