About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor coordination, and material planning to ensure smooth and timely supply of materials and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy and processes aligned with business and project requirements.
- Lead and manage the Supply Chain team, define responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor performance.
- Oversee material planning and ensure timely availability of materials as per production and project requirements.
- Establish and monitor procurement plans, purchase schedules, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
- Develop, evaluate, and manage key vendor relationships and ensure effective vendor performance.
- Monitor vendor performance, pricing, quality, delivery, and commercial terms, and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Review and approve procurement plans, purchase requirements, and commercial recommendations within defined authority.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and develop strategies to control excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Oversee logistics and transportation planning to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Accounts, and other departments to align supply chain activities with business requirements.
- Identify supply risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays and develop mitigation plans.




- Establish and monitor Supply Chain KPIs related to cost, delivery, inventory, vendor performance, and efficiency.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, quality requirements, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Review supply chain reports and provide regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to management.
- Support management in strategic sourcing, vendor development, capacity planning, and long-term supply planning.
- Ensure proper systems, documentation, MIS, and controls are maintained across the supply chain function.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, BBA, B.Com, or a relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchase, or Materials Management, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor management, and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Solid communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
