Supply Chain Associate Key Responsibilities Handle logistics planning and arrangements involving interactions with the 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) & customs house agents (CHAs). Implement and maintain a logistics network and shipment frequency for a specified geographical area, ensuring timely forwarding of spares to designated vessels Attend meetings with stakeholders to address the same Follow Procure to Pay process (PTP) for timely payments to vendors and handle invoices with discrepancies. Stakeholder management across technical organizations, different category teams, 3PL partners etc.

Work closely with 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) for smooth follow-up on deliveries to warehouses and vessels. Ensure optimum utilization of vessel budgets. Ensure team stakeholders complies with SOPs, contract terms and conditions compliance, and international regulations.

The ideal candidate would look like the below: Person with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience Holds a bachelor’s degree at minimum with a logistics / supply chain background.
