Location : Gurugram, Haryana
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import/export and international order management across USA, MEA, SEA and SA regions.
- Process distributor orders, verify inventory across China/Dubai warehouses, generate PIs and coordinate payment/credit confirmation.
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents for picking, packing, booking and shipment execution.
- Prepare and manage PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB and other export/shipping documentation.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve delays/damages/claims, coordinate customs clearance and ensure timely GRN and delivery.
- Prepare MIS reports, reconcile warehouse/freight invoices and drive freight/customs cost savings while maintaining shipment TATs.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
