Job Summary

We are seeking Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing HRSD solutions that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations.

The candidate will collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and HR Knowledge Management.

Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer integrations.

Partner with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure HR services, COEs (Centers of Excellence), HR Catalog items, employee journeys, and lifecycle events.

Develop integrations with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications.

Design and implement Service Portal / Employee Center enhancements to improve user experience.

Develop REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and MID Server integrations.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.

Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers and administrators.





Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and instance health monitoring.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Create technical design documents, test plans, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, and Platform Engineering.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of HRSD development (Senior HRSD developer).

Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.

Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow automation.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform security.

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
