Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The advisor will guide students and families through the entire study abroad process, including exploring suitable programs, universities, and countries based on academic background, budget, and career aspirations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining admission and visa requirements, assisting with application and documentation, and coordinating timelines with clients.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, providing regular updates on application status, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing.



The advisor will also participate in information sessions, outreach activities, and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting skills, with experience guiding students on international programs and admissions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and Consulting skills, including familiarity with study, tourism, and work visa processes and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in handling multiple cases and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and maintaining digital records and client databases.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly, work collaboratively in a team, and adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
- Prior experience in education counseling, international admissions, or immigration services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
