We are seeking a caring and proactive Student Supervisor to support students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being and help maintain a positive learning setting across the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Support student behaviour and well-being in classrooms and shared spaces
- Assist teachers with classroom management and student learning
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, after-school activities, and events
- Provide small group or one-to-one academic support as directed
- Work collaboratively with staff to promote a positive school culture

Essential Criteria

- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage behaviour calmly and positively
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Criteria

- Experience in a school or educational setting
- Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or youth work
