Role: Structural design engineer (Hydropower)

Responsibilities

Ø

- Develop and review detailed structural calculations, design drawings, specifications, and technical reports as per relevant codes and standards.

Ø
- Coordinate with hydraulic, geotechnical, and civil engineers to ensure integrated and safety design solutions.

Ø
- Review and optimise concrete mix designs, reinforcement detailing, joint layouts, and construction sequences to meet performance and durability requirements.

Ø
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality management requirements.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- 3 to 6 Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in design of concrete hydraulic or water-retaining structures.
- Solid understanding of reinforced concrete, mass concrete behaviour, and hydraulic loading conditions.
- Familiarity with relevant design standards.
- Experience with structure analysis and design software’s
- Strong analytical and numerical modelling skills for complex structural systems.
