Multiple Positions | Modelers, Engineers and Structural Team Lead

At Blueprints Design, we are expanding our Structural BIM team and looking for skilled professionals with experience in structural BIM modelling, drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.

Open Positions

- Structural BIM Modellers: 2–3 years
- Structural BIM Engineers: 2–5 years
- Structural BIM Team Lead: 5–8 years

What You’ll Work On

- Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
- RCC and structural steel BIM models
- Structural BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
- Structural drawings, schedules and model-based documentation
- Coordination with Architectural, MEP and other project disciplines
- Clash detection, model review and coordination issue resolution

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Relevant experience in Structural BIM modelling
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure
- Knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud will be an advantage
- Experience in developing structural BIM models from design drawings and inputs
- Understanding of RCC and structural steel systems
- Ability to interpret structural drawings, details and design information
- Experience in preparing structural drawings and documentation from BIM models
- Basic understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

- Develop and update structural BIM models based on approved design inputs.
- Model structural elements, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases and structural framing.
- Prepare general arrangement drawings, sections, details and schedules from BIM models.




- Review structural drawings and incorporate design revisions accurately.
- Coordinate structural models with Architectural, MEP and other disciplines.
- Identify clashes, constructability concerns and missing design information.
- Participate in model reviews and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Follow project BEP requirements, BIM standards, naming conventions and modelling workflows.
- Maintain model accuracy, data consistency and proper file management.
- Complete assigned deliverables as per project priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate with BIM Engineers, Coordinators and Project Leads.

For Senior and Coordination Roles

Candidates applying for senior positions should also have experience in:

- Reviewing structural BIM models and drawings
- Planning and monitoring team deliverables
- Guiding and supporting junior team members
- Conducting quality checks before submissions
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Managing coordination comments and project documentation
- Supporting timely delivery across multiple projects
