/n /n Objective: This strategic role within the Cable SBU is designed for a high-performing professional who will work closely with the leadership team to drive market intelligence & GTM strategies & support in operational excellence. /n Job responsibilities: /n Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: /n •Market intelligence across competitor movements, pricing, features benchmarking to support partnership decisions /n •Perform data analysis, develop storylines, and manage project schedules /n •Strategic collaboration with key stakeholders to turn business strategies into action plans /n •Own problem statements end-to-end—from framing to execution /n •Function as a go to person supporting decision-making through data, and structured analysis /n •Assist in drafting proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks /n Operational Improvement for Existing Business:



/n •Analyse current business processes and identify areas for efficiency enhancement /n •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives /n •Monitor key KPIs /n •Conduct CAPEX planning to support revenue aspirations in a timely manner /n •Support business transformation and digital automation projects. /n Develop GTM Strategy & Launch New Products: /n •Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D;, sourcing, sales, marketing, and operations /n •Evaluate recent product opportunities and go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue /n •Deep dive into sales, margins, channel performance, and portfolio data to identify opportunities and red flags /n •Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies /n •Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis /n •Support product launch planning, execution, and performance tracking /n •Prepare business cases and launch presentations for leadership approval /n Candidates' profile - /n Education: B.
