Role Description The Strategy Manager role at CoverBizz is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Strategy

Manager will analyze market trends, customer segments, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. This role involves developing and refining business strategies for insurance and risk-management offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, and tracking key metrics to measure outcomes.

Manager will prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership,



support decision-making on new products, partnerships, and geographic expansion, and contribute to pricing and portfolio optimization. The position also requires close coordination with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure strategies are practical, client-centric, and aligned with regulatory and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data, financial metrics, and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
- Solid understanding of finance and financial modeling to support pricing, portfolio performance analysis, and risk evaluation.
- Experience in management consulting or consulting roles, ideally within insurance, financial services, or risk advisory.
- Proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Comfort working with business intelligence tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to build dashboards and executive reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of integrity and client focus.
