Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Stores & Inventory Management

- Control receipt and dispatch of aircraft spares/materials in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain proper upkeep and organization of the storage area.

- Receive and store aircraft spares, tools, equipment and ESDS components according to manufacturer-prescribed storage conditions.

- Issue spares/materials against authorized material requests.

1. Goods Receipt & Documentation

- Generate and complete GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for owned stock and CGR (Customer Goods Receipt) for customer stock within prescribed timelines.

- Maintain proper filing and traceability of GRNs, CGRs and issue documents.

- Prepare discrepancy reports and rejection notes for qualitative or quantitative discrepancies.

1. Quality Inspection

- Conduct quality inspection of aircraft spares, materials, tools and equipment as per regulations and company policies.

- Issue Acceptance Tags after inspection.

1. Aircraft Component Management

- Account for unserviceable components removed from aircraft.





- Coordinate their return to customers without discrepancies.

1. Shelf-Life & Environmental Control

- Monitor and record storage-area temperature and humidity.

- Prepare the monthly shelf-life expiry list and monitor items daily.

- Remove expired items from storage and initiate scrapping as required.

1. Stock Audit & Control

- Conduct stock audits at prescribed intervals.

- Minimize stock discrepancies and ensure audit compliance.

1. Tools & Equipment

- Dispatch tools and equipment to repair/calibration agencies on time.

- Monitor their return and status.

1. SEZ & Regulatory Coordination

- Liaise with SEZ authorities for clearance of receipt and dispatch of stores.

- Coordinate with customs officials and regulatory/customer auditors.

1. Supervision & Record Management

- Conduct weekly supervisory checks of the storage area.

- Ensure proper maintenance of the stores area.

- Maintain accurate and traceable stores records.
