Job Title: STP Operator Company: Assotech Group Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: As per industry standards / Interview based : We are looking for an experienced STP Operator for our residential real estate project in Ranchi. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Sewage Treatment Plant, maintaining equipment and operational records, ensuring proper chemical dosing, monitoring treated water quality, and coordinating for routine and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor STP plant and equipment. Handle pumps, blowers, motors and dosing systems. Maintain STP logbook and daily operational records. Monitor chemical dosing and treatment process. Identify basic operational issues and coordinate for maintenance.



Ensure proper cleanliness and safety of the STP area. Maintain treated water quality as per required standards.

Required Skills: STP Operation & Maintenance Knowledge of wastewater treatment process Basic troubleshooting skills Equipment monitoring Valuable maintenance and reporting skills Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical, Mechanical or relevant technical trade.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Real Estate / Residential Projects will be preferred.
