Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Oversee floor management by ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store setting.

- Supervise stock management activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing stock to minimize shrinkage and optimize inventory levels.

- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

- Ensure effective loss prevention measures are in place to minimize shoplifting incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in retail management or related field (store operations).

- Strong understanding of store setup, shrinkage control, and loss prevention principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer service.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
