Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Vadodara

Role Objective To deliver outstanding customer service at the salon front desk, manage client appointments and walk-ins efficiently, and support smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to revenue through upselling and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management,

and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the salon team to meet and exceed performance goals and service standards.
- Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain high levels of performance and professional development.




- Monitor and analyse salon performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate recent techniques and services to keep the salon competitive.
