Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, sales floor merchandising, and customer service.
- Oversee visual merchandising efforts to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping workplace.
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth through effective product placement, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 5-16 years of experience in luxury apparel retail or related field (watches & bags).
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record in managing high-end stores or boutiques with a focus on luxury goods such as watches and bags.
