Job SummaryThe Store Assistant supports day-to-day store operations by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, managing stock, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide helpful product information.
- Assist customers with product selection and basic queries.
- Receive, check, arrange, and replenish stock.
- Maintain proper product displays, pricing, and shelf organization.
- Support billing and cash-counter activities when required.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged products.
- Keep the store, shelves, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory activities.
- Handle customer requests and escalate complaints to the Store Manager.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures,



and store standards.
- Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th standard; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Previous retail/store experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic ability to use POS systems or computers.
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing and handling stock.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
