Job Summary

Location: Noida

Work Timings: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

Responsibilities

- Manage daily product operations and execution

- Coordinate with tech, product, sales, training and customer success teams

- Track product usage, feedback and improvement areas

- Support product rollout across associated schools

- Create simple SOPs, checklists and process documents

- Share user feedback and business requirements

- Test current features before rollout

Requirements

- Minimum qualification B.Tech /B.E. in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Aerospace/Industrial Design studies is mandatory

- 2+ years of experience in product operations, implementation or product coordination

- Managerial or team coordination experience

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM, LMS or project tools

- EdTech experience preferred
