Join Our Client’s Team as a Statistical Programmer 5 – Drive Innovation in Clinical Data Analysis

Are you a seasoned SAS programmer with a passion for transforming complex clinical data into actionable insights? We’re seeking a talented and experienced Statistical Programmer to play a vital role in advancing pharmaceutical research from the vibrant city of Bangalore or remotely. This 12-month contract offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry experts, and make a difference in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

- Develop, implement, and maintain SDTM and ADaM datasets in alignment with CDISC standards, employing metadata-driven transformations.
- Generate high-quality summary tables, data listings, and graphical analyses for study assessments and publications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for programming tasks.
- Assist in developing and improving project standards and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Validate, QC, and improve existing programming tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with sponsors to deliver on time and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills

- Extensive experience (6-10 years) in SAS programming within a clinical or life sciences environment.
- Deep knowledge of SDTM, CDISC standards, and metadata repositories.
- Proven expertise in data management, including EDC and third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills,



including non-routine programming challenges.
- Ability to produce and validate complex datasets, tables, and graphs with impeccable quality.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

Nice To Have Skills

- Experience with validation or QC processes.
- Familiarity with ADaM and TFL programming.
- Practical knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
- Additional tools or programming experience that enhances project delivery.

Preferred Education And Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, especially in a regulated environment.

Other Requirements

- Location preference: Bangalore (preferred) or remote work arrangements.
- Ability to work approximately 42.5 hours per week.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and adapt to evolving standards.
- No travel mandatory; however, flexibility is a plus.
