Role Description The State Head (Vehicle Finance Experience Required) (Sales & Collection) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for leading state-level business operations for vehicle finance, including achieving sales targets, driving portfolio growth, and overseeing collections performance.

The State

Head will manage and mentor branch and field teams, develop market penetration strategies, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other business partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring credit quality, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms,



reviewing collection efficiency, and implementing corrective measures where needed. The role also involves analyzing market trends, reporting business performance to senior management, and ensuring customer-centric service delivery across the state.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in vehicle finance, with solid exposure to sales and collections in NBFCs or banks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-location teams, including field staff and branch operations.
- Strong skills in business development, dealer relationship management, and market expansion.
- Sound understanding of credit assessment, risk management, and regulatory compliance in asset finance.
- Proficiency in data analysis, target monitoring, and reporting using relevant tools and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging partners and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, travel across the state as required, and operate in a performance-driven environment.
