Star Health Assistant Manager – Telesales – Gurgaon
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to 7 LPA

- Manage and lead a telesales team of 20–30 members along with 2–3 Team Leaders
- Drive team productivity, lead generation, and sales performance
- Plan and execute BTL activities, campaigns, and brand promotions
- Monitor daily operations and ensure targets
Recruit, train, and motivate team members Handle reporting, backend operations, and performance tracking
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader role
- Candidate must be from insurance sector
- Overall 3–6 years experience in Sales
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Graduate preferred
