Staff Nurse Department: Nursing Services Reports To: Nursing Superintendent Employment Type: Full-Time GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)

~ Valid State Nursing Council Registration ~1–4 years of clinical nursing experience ~ Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering protected, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards. Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.



Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care. Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies. Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.
