Role Description

We are looking for a Staff Engineer for a full time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for experienced engineers from manufacturing and process-based industries who are interested in working across plant engineering, maintenance, production, utilities, process improvement, equipment reliability, and technical projects.

The Staff Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, process, quality, utility, and project teams to support protected, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key responsibilities include

- Monitoring plant equipment and engineering systems.
- Troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
- Supporting preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Improving equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
- Supporting production and process-improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating with engineers, technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Supporting installation, testing, commissioning, and modification of plant equipment.




- Maintaining engineering documentation and technical records.
- Supporting continuous improvement, productivity, safety, and cost-optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines can apply.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, production, utilities, projects, or plant operations.
- Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, agro-processing, starch, automotive, engineering, or other process industries are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on understanding of plant equipment, engineering systems, manufacturing operations, or maintenance activities.
- Experience in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, reliability improvement, process improvement, or plant operations will be preferred.
- Basic ability to understand engineering drawings, equipment manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
