Job Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personalised styling and product selection.
- Drive sales and achieve individual/store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions and styling requirements.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury fashion, fabrics, silhouettes and current trends.
- Handle trials, alterations, billing coordination and after-sales service.
- Maintain the visual presentation and overall luxury experience of the store.




- Maintain client profiles and follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

- Prior experience in luxury fashion, premium retail or designer wear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong styling and fashion sense.
- Presentable, confident and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail setting.
- Candidates with experience handling HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.
