We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Embedded Systems, with hands-on experience in either Embedded Linux OR RTOS development. The role involves leading multiple projects, driving architecture and design, mentoring teams, and working closely with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple embedded projects (Linux or RTOS-based)
- Drive system architecture, design, and technical decision-making
- Manage and mentor engineering teams (5-15 members)
- Work closely with US/Europe customers for requirement understanding and execution
- Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery
- Participate in pre-sales, proposal preparation, and technical discussions
- Conduct interviews and support team building

Required Skills (Either of the below): >Embedded Linux Expertise

- Strong experience in Linux user space & kernel development




- Device driver development and kernel debugging
- Board bring-up on SoCs (NXP, TI, Qualcomm, Broadcom, etc.)
- Build systems: Yocto, Buildroot, CMake
- Tools: GDB, Valgrind, Git

OR >RTOS / MCU Expertise

- Strong experience in MCU-based development
- RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.) and Bare-Metal programming
- Device drivers and low-level firmware development
- ARM Cortex (A/M series) architecture understanding
- Strong debugging and hardware-software integration

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to IoT / Connectivity (BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, RF)
- Experience in Embedded GUI (Qt) or hardware debugging tools
- Prior onsite/customer-facing experience
