Roles & Responsibiliites :

- Industrial control system hardware design (Controllers, I/O modules, DAQ systems)
- Experience Mixed Signal Designs
- 32-bit Microcontroller design (ST, NXP, TI or equivalent)
- Precision signal conditioning and analog front-end (AFE) design
- Analog Sensor interfacing (RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure, Flow, Strain, Vibration or similar sensor)
- High-resolution ADC/DAC and data acquisition systems
- EMI/EMC-compliant hardware design and debugging
- Power supply, Analog and Digital isolation, grounding, and protection circuit design
- PCB design, schematic review, and board bring-up using Altium Designer
- Hardware validation, environmental testing,



and root-cause analysis
- Product lifecycle management, component selection, and obsolescence handling
- Cross-functional HW/FW/System integration and technical leadership
- Industrial communication interfaces (CAN, RS485, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART

Valuable to have skills/Competency

- Microprocessor-based hardware design (i.MX8 / i.MX9 or similar)
- High-speed interfaces (USB, LVDS, DDR, GbE)
- Industrial cybersecurity awareness
- Experience in Industrial Control Products
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
