Software Engineer Team

Lead role is based in Kaithal and involves leading a technical team to design, develop, and maintain web applications and other software solutions. The role includes planning and overseeing software development projects, writing high-quality code, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, support architectural decisions, and troubleshoot complex issues. Daily responsibilities also include mentoring team members, coordinating workloads,



improving development processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of the technology stack.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and experience building Web Applications.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring and guiding engineers.
- Candidates should possess experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
