Job Purpose /n The Senior Retouch Artist is responsible for high-end retouching of still photography for Ecom and Advertising Campaign visuals for watches & jewelry. This role requires a robust command of Adobe Photoshop and related tools, eye for detail and understanding brand aesthetics, color, texture. /n Role & Description /n Will also play a key role in maintaining an organized digital workflow, meeting deadlines and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables. /n /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Retouch high resolution product and lifestyle images (watches, jewelry and other accessories like, pens, leather goods) for e-commerce, advertising and campaign usage.

/n

- Maintain brand standards across all imagery – ensuring accuracy in color, texture and lighting.

/n

- Manage file naming, version control and structured folder system for easy access and archiving.

/n

- Ensure timely delivery of retouched files inline with deadlines.

/n

- Collaborate (online) with other team members, photographers designers to interpret retouching brief effectively.

/n

- Apply advanced skills.

/n

- Ensure consistency in retouching style across different collections and brands

/n





- Prepare and deliver final files in correct formats as briefed

/n

- Provide regular progress updates and report to the team leader (based in Dubai) on status and daily output.

- Stay updated with trends in image editing, AI tools.

/n /n Skills & Education: /n /n

- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or in communication

/n

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in product retouching, preferably luxury or fashion.

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

/n

- Familiar with Lightroom, capture one, Adobe Bridge and other relevant software.

/n

- Strong understanding of color, light and product texture & materials.

/n

- Experience in retouching reflective surfaces, metal gemstones, hair & skin (For lifestyle or on model)

/n

- Ability handle multiple projects and deliver on time without compromising quality.

/n

- Organized proactive and detail oriented with strong file / folder management practices.

/n

- Good communication skills (English, Hindi) both written and spoken and ability collaborate with other cross functional team.

/n

- Experience in AI based tools / plugins and ability to adopt AI in daily workflow is a plus point.

/n

- Knowledge of 3D & CGI is plus
