Role Description The Sr. MEP Engineer role at Alacrity PMC is a full-time, on-site position based in Vasanthanarasapura near Tumkur. The individual in this role will lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination for building services, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with client requirements and design specifications.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and developing MEP drawings, coordinating with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and other stakeholders, and resolving site-related issues. The Sr. MEP Engineer will oversee coordination between plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services,



support construction teams with technical guidance, and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and quality.

The role also involves ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards, preparing technical reports, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering and MEP coordination.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles relevant to building services.
- Candidates should possess experience working with a minimum of 7 years on multidisciplinary building projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in MEP installation, and commissioning within commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site and in team settings.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead MEP role is highly beneficial.
