About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Recruitment Delivery & Operations to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery and operational excellence across Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and RPO engagements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team leadership, recruitment delivery, client management, operational metrics, process improvement, and stakeholder management .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and RPO engagements.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely delivery of quality talent while meeting client expectations, SLAs, and business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage recruitment teams through performance coaching, guidance, and continuous skill development.
- Partner with Business Development, Account Management, and Client Success teams to understand client requirements and deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics including TAT, submission-to-interview ratio, offer-to-join ratio, joining ratio, productivity, and overall delivery performance .
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and post-joining support.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, market mapping, and talent communities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular hiring updates, market intelligence, recruitment insights, and workforce planning support.
- Drive operational excellence through recruitment best practices, process improvements, quality standards, compliance, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR,



Finance, Payroll, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, statutory regulations, client compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, business reviews, and operational performance reports to leadership.
- Support business growth through strategic planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take up additional responsibilities as required by management in line with business requirements.

Ideal Candidate
- 8–10 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition operations.
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and delivery targets.
- Strong exposure to client-facing recruitment delivery and stakeholder management.
- Experience handling multiple requirements, clients, or accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
