Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the organization’s finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial control functions. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and expertise in financial management within a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strategic financial planning, statutory compliance management, audit handling, MIS reporting, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

Mandatory Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (C.A.) – Mandatory
- Additional certifications in Finance/Taxation/ERP will be an added advantage

Experience Required

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Preference for candidates from:
- Manufacturing Industry
- Construction Chemicals / FMCG / Industrial Products

- Experience in handling multi-location operations preferred

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Finalization of accounts as per applicable accounting standards
- Preparation and analysis of:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Account
- Cash Flow Statements

- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures within timelines
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review

Taxation & Compliance

- Handling:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- ROC Compliance

- Coordination with auditors, consultants,



and government authorities
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliances

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring budget vs actual performance
- Cost control and profitability analysis
- Working capital management and cash flow optimization

Audit & Internal Controls

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs
- Risk assessment and compliance monitoring

Banking & Treasury

- Banking relationship management
- Fund planning and utilization
- Handling banking documentation, CC limits, BG, LC, and financial negotiations

Team Management

- Lead and mentor Accounts & Finance team
- Ensure process discipline and capability development
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial governance

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & Financial Regulations
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC matters
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Tally / ERPNext etc.)
- Advanced Excel & MIS reporting capabilities
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
