Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Specialist – Training to manage and deliver housekeeping training programs across multiple client sites. The candidate will be responsible for improving housekeeping staff capabilities, ensuring adherence to SOPs, maintaining service quality, and supporting operational teams across client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and conduct housekeeping training programs for new and existing employees.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, SOPs, safety standards, hygiene, and professional conduct.
- Conduct practical demonstrations on cleaning equipment, chemicals, tools, and machinery.
- Ensure housekeeping teams follow client-specific standards and facility requirements.
- Conduct regular training assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Prepare training schedules, attendance records, assessment reports, and other documentation.




- Conduct refresher training and toolbox sessions at multiple client locations.
- Monitor housekeeping service quality and provide corrective training where required.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers, Facility Managers, and client representatives.
- Support implementation of new processes, equipment, chemicals, and cleaning technologies.
- Ensure employees understand workplace safety, PPE usage, chemical handling, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct audits/inspections and provide feedback to housekeeping supervisors and team members.
- Travel to different client sites as required for training and operational support.

Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in housekeeping operations, training, or facility management.
- Experience in the Facility Management / Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry preferred.
- Robust knowledge of commercial/institutional housekeeping practices.
- Experience handling training for housekeeping staff across multiple sites will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, machinery, equipment, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train employees from different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pune and client locations.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with operations teams.
