- Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors LMS to support new features and business capabilities.
- Create and maintain Assignment Profiles, Catalogs, Curriculam, Learning Items, Content Objects, and Categories.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and administrative roles to ensure secure access.




- Manage global settings and configurations in alignment with security and compliance requirements.
- Design, implement, and support integrations using BizX Suite, Platform Core, User Connector-SF, Learning History Connector, Data Loader, Integration Center, and APIs.
- Validate, deploy, and troubleshoot eLearning content using SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards.
- Configure monitoring and alerts to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Develop reports and dashboards using People Analytics, Story Reports, Canvas Reports, and other LMS reporting tools.
- Serve as the highest technical escalation point for LMS configuration, integration, synchronization, and production support issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with SAP support to resolve complex issues.
- Support release management, testing, deployments, and change management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
- Influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, OKRs, and release planning.
- Embrace agile practices to continuously deliver business value.

ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and SuccessFactors Platform.
- Solid familiarity with web standards including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and digital learning packaging (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
- Experience configuring SuccessFactors connectors, integrations, and managing automated SFTP server tasks.




- Experience with People Analytics, Story Reports, and LMS reporting.
- Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.

Preferred Qualifications – Prior Job Experience:

- 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration and configuration experience.
- Experience with Plateau Report Designer (PRD), and advanced LMS reporting.
- Experience migrating LMS platforms to SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Familiarity with Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
